Actress Carmen Baqué, known for her participation in "La Rosa de Guadalupe" and a former member of "La Isla", publicly reported being a victim of a violent robbery in Mexico City. Through her social media, she recounted that her truck was intercepted in the Anzures neighborhood and that, after the assault, she received death threats from the alleged criminal. Inside the stolen backpacks were official identifications, a passport, her partner's cell phone, bank cards, recording equipment, makeup, and her TRX training equipment. "Things we bought little by little over many years," she lamented. Carmen also recounted that thanks to an AirTag — an Apple tracking device — she was able to identify the temporary location of the stolen items and requested assistance from a patrol. However, they could not recover anything as they did not have a court order. "Even though I am scared to report and bring to light what happened to me, I will continue until justice is served," the actress stated. In addition to the robbery, Carmen revealed that she received a death threat via WhatsApp, where the alleged thief demanded that she delete her partner's phone account. "He asked us to delete Miguel's phone account," she said. The actress investigated on her own and managed to locate the assailant. "With that number, I found his profile on social media, saw his face, matched it with the video, saw his car, his plates," she detailed. Carmen shared the details of the moment of the robbery in a video on her Instagram account. Despite having this information, the complaint filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office has not made any progress. "Today we have everything: the location, the plates, the video, the assailant's face, and still nothing is happening," she expressed with frustration. She explained that around 6:15 AM on May 4th, she parked her truck between Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe streets and went for a run with her partner, coach Miguel. Upon returning, they noticed that the vehicle had been ransacked. "Today I want to tell you something that hurt me, scared me, and also made me very angry," she expressed.
